Haitian born , Brooklyn raised, and like a lot of us, I’ve had my ups and downs with trying to keep the weight off. My biggest struggle? Desserts. I love them—always have. But I didn’t love how they made me feel afterward. I wanted that same comfort and satisfaction, just without all the sugar and guilt.

As a mom to an incredible daughter, and that changed everything for me. I started thinking more about what I was putting into my body and the example I wanted to set.

Our mission is simple: to give you that indulgent, feel-good experience while still nourishing your body. Every blend is inspired by culture, comfort, and flavor—and made with intention and love.
